Training and Workshop at Jiva
The changing development in the Education system has raised the need for a comprehensive framework in a logical balanced and reflective way to guide the young learners. One of the Chief objectives of the school has been to train faculty to keep them abreast with the recent trends and developments. The Institute Programmes and Training Head Ms. Neerja Chauhan conducted a training session with the faculty to apprise them about the 21st Century Skills. According to Ms. Neerja ‘Critical Thinking’ need to be implemented and collaborated in teaching lesson plan, competitions and activities. This helps to clarify the concept and thereafter guide to young learners.
To remain focused, active and be able to present coherent ideas and opinions. At the same time a workshop was conducted on how to sustain environment, economy, society and train students accordingly. Ms. Pubaly Deb briefed on the subject and suggested that we should sustain resources to be shared with Gen Next. Ms. Ritu Thareja guided to easy metholodgy of typing, editing and formatting to facilitate teachers in their day to day work.
The training sessions were conducted under the supervision of Director Mrs. Chander lata Chauhan and Principal Mrs. Aparna Sharma.
