Master Faridabad and Miss Faridabad Award Conferred at Jiva Public School

It was an insightful initiative to facilitate Panchotsav for the Play School tiny toddlers and provide opportunity and a platform for the essence of their existence and expressions. Such programmes are catalyst to progressive ideas, interaction and exchange of information. An exciting array of talents and skills were staged by over 200 participants of various play schools to enhance knowledge and foster comaraderie and demonstrate skills in a healthy and friendly atmosphere. The events categorized according the age groups were amusing and interest captivating. To name a few schools in attendance are – Kids Safari, Little Angel, Sai Kids, Kids Convent, Genius Play, Blooming Kids, Wonder World, Cambridge Montessori, I-Kids Shiny Star, Lord Shiva, Disney Den, Anand Kids, Little Pioneer etc.

The programme comprised of various competitive events like Ramp Walk, Colouring, Dad and Me with Sports, Mom and Me dance, Rhyme and Recitation. The events were improvised according to their potential and age. The winners were awarded duly and the lime-light of the programme was Master Faridabad and Miss Faridabad Award.

The programme commenced with the benign presence of Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan, Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan, Administrator Mrs. Mukta Sachdeva, Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam. The Guest of Honour was the Young Director of Jiva Ayurveda Mr. Madhusudan Chauhan, who also did the honour to adjudicate the event Ramp Walk. The Chief Guest was Ms. Poonam. The International Project Head Ms. Kajal Chauhan, H.R. Head Ms. Meenakshi Singh and Head Training and Development Ms. Neeraj Chauhan not only graced the occasion but also obliged to judge for different events.

The premises resounded with huge applause when the result for Ramp Walk was announced. Yuwaan from Kidz Safari Play School was declared Master Faridabad and Yuvika from Little Angels Play School was declared Miss Faridabad. Advika from Kidz Safari and Aarav from Little Angels were the Runner-up. Hardika from Genius Play School and Akshara from Anand Kidz were awarded for Best Attire, Riyansh from Genius Play School, Sehaj from I-Kids Play School, Madhavi from Wonder World were awarded for Beautiful Smile Lakshita and Prateek from Genuis Play School. Diya from Little Angels were awarded Graceful Walk. In Colouring Competition Laxmi from Lord Shiva School was the Winner and Sanjana Saini from Wonder World was the Runner-up. Himanshi from Sai Kidz School was awarded for Outstanding Presentation Dad and Me Sports Competition Shourya from Genius Play School was the Runner-up. Mom and Me Dance Competition Laxmi from Genius Play School was the Winner and Veedisha from Anand Kids Play School was Runner-up. Tavleen Kaur from Wonder World was awarded for Outstanding Choreography and Daksh Rawat from Lord Shiva Play School for Outstanding Coordination. Ryhyme and Recitation Competition Lakshita from Kids Convent was the Winner and Kanika Goyal from Sai Kids was the Runner-up. The atmosphere was marked with thrilling excitement and exuberance.

The Chairman congratulated the winners and motivated them with a free conversation. The Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan, Administrator Mrs. Mukta Sachdeva and Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam extended their warm wishes to the winners and appreciated the endeavours of the staff.

One of the salient feature of our school is that it cares for every minute details to provide a congenial atmosphere for learning. The school had especially conducted a seminar regarding Disaster Management to safe-guard one’s-self against fire. The resource persons were invited from the District Fire Control Department. The resource persons apprised about the easy ways and means to save one-self incase of sudden fire eruption. The two resource person from the District Fire Control Department, Engineer Laikram Bhartiya and Virendra Singh Narwat recalled their experiences about precautions and safety measures to be necessitiated during sudden fire – Laikram Bhartiya stated that during fire eruption we panic and feel insecure not knowing the right safety measures, hence suffer greater loss and damage.

According to him, the foremost step is to evacuate the place that has caught-fire and immediately inform the Fire Control Department. During the session the students queried the resource persons and were replied to their satisfaction. The students also learnt the usage of fire extinguishers.

The occasion was graced by the Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan, who with the staff and students acquainted himself with the safety measures. He opinions that disaster safety measures are vulnerable issues and seminars for right knowledge must be conducted in schools. The seminar was attended by Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan and Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam.

The elected Team Leaders were administered oath in the morning assembly, to enable and encourage the students remain duty-bound to society. The elected leaders solemnly took the oath to always fulfill and be active and alert towards their duty, be it social, religious, moral or educational. These elections were conducted on the basis of MI & MN of the students, so that they work passionately and sincerely. The objective of today’s programme was to teach the students significance of dedication and devotion towards duty. The election process was categorized into two phases. First the class representatives and then the Team Leaders were elected, with an aim to make them ideal and responsible citizens of the country.

The Leaders were elected for different Teams. The contestants had recorded in a video of social work under the canopy of India in Action programme, which was played during Canvassing to garner votes for their candidature. The leaders were elected for the following Teams: – Providing Team, Visual Team, Entrepreneurial Team, Escorts Team and Naturalistic team. During the morning assembly the leaders enshouldered their duties and responsibilities. The credit of electronic voting goes to Lakshay a class XI student who created an App for smooth digital voting.

On the occasion the Chairman, Director and Principal honoured, the Leaders by pining their respective badges. The Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan congratulated the elected leaders and motivated them to work with sincerity and devotion.

On 17th August, the school had organized a Literary Fest, to provide students a platform to apprise themselves with different generes of Literature. It assists them to develop fluency and acquire speaking skills that gives them a touch of class to their persona. The exhilarating atmosphere was marked with eagerness to witness different aspects of English Literature.

The programme commenced in the most traditional way by the management members and honourable judges lighting an earthen diya and offering Gangajal to Tulsi Plant. After the welcome address, the stage was set for the days programme, divided into two parts with Dramatic Monologue and Poster Making and Slogan writing pre-lunch, whereas Elocution and Grammar Quiz post lunch. The fest was a conjecture of different competitions with creative ideas to meet the needs of pupils in a stimulating atmosphere, with an aim to strengthen interest in the literary pilgrimage of learning experience.

The honourable judges declared the theme for Poster Making and Slogan Writing followed by Contestants performances on stage for Dramatic Monologue that rocked, with eloquent speeches from Shakespeares plays. Elocution and Slogan Presentation was precise and convincing to the topic. Grammar quiz for class VI students represented their concept clarity and chiseled skills. The Buzzer Round and Rapid Fire round was the lime light of the competition. To motivate the participants the winners were awarded for each competition. For Dramatic Monologue different categories were awarded like Best Speaker, Best Content, Best Expression, Best Intonation, Most Confident and Dialogue Delivery. The visuals in Poster Making endeared the Judges. The contestants were precise, eloquent and very defining in expressing their views while competing for Elocution.

The occasion was graced with the benign presence of the Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan, Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan, Administrator Mrs. Mukta Sachdeva, Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam. They appreciated the performance of each participant. Shri Chauhan in his address said that learning language is a great skill and performing with confidence on stage adds lustre to their personality, and every student should endeavor to acquire fluency in Spoken language.

Ayurveda the Basis of Fancy Dress Competition

Jiva Public School is a Ayur school that emphasizes on healthy vegan life, amongst its students since their formative years. Hence the Fancy Dress Competition organized on 26 August for classes I – III, witnessed on stage, various useful aspects of nature, through creative ideas of the contestants. The participants had literally donned themselves as Tulsi, Indian Gooseberry, Neem, Aloevera, Honey, Bringhraj, Gilloy and Turmeric. The contestants highlighted the significance of Ayurveda and briefed as to how these roots and shoots could be used as home remedy. Class III participants represented several creations of God on earth like butterfly, sun, water, woman tree or a rainbow.

The participants were very confident and had presented the exact replica of what natural aspect they had chosen and according to their performances the participants were awarded. Their names are Sanskar Srivastava class I Best Presentation, Simran Rajaur Best Costume, Avni Sorout Best Expressions, Abhisha Robinson Best Content, Drishtika Singh Best Costume, Bhavya Bharadwaj Best Dialogue Delivery. Class II Lavanya Sharma Best Content, Atharav Yadav Best Presentation, Aadrika Best Prop, Anushri Dudhpuri Best Expression, Aavi Panchal Confident Speaker, Aditya Sharma Best Prop. Class III Sukriti Wadhwa Best Costume and Prop, Tanvi Kathuria Confident Speaker, Navya Bhatia Best Expression, Ananya Narain Best Content and Jayesh Pal Best Presentation.

The occasion was graced by Chairman, Director, Principal and Administrator respectively. They all appreciated the creativity and confidence of the participants.

The school had celebrated Lord Krishna’s birth anniversary, in school premises with great enthusiasm and exuberance. The programme commenced with the Chairman, Director, Principal and Coordinators offering Puja to Lord Krishna, followed by distributing the Prasad. It is one of the salient feature of the school to celebrate every festival, to instill cultural values among students.

A hymn in praise of Lord Krishna marked the beginning of the programme followed by a dance drama, based on Krishna Bal Leela. The primary wing also joined and staged an exhilarating dance that kept everyone spell-bound. The students briefed about the powers of Lord Krishna, recited hymns and filled the premises with divinity.

The Indian land constitutes religion and piety in every heart and the renown sages enriched the land with their wisdom. The occasion was graced by Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan, Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan, Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam. Shri Chauhan in his address said that India is regarded highly a religious and cultural country and everybody follows disciplined life. He advised the students to follow Dincharya Kr Niyam and practice Swadhyay and resolve to do a good deed everyday and inspire others for the same.

The Installation Ceremony of new Rotary Interact Club members in school was facilitated on 10th August. Interact Club is a sister branch of Rotary club, wherein students in school are selected as members. This is the fifth year in succession of Interact Club in school. The school members designated are Dipanshi Khattar President, Ashmita Das Vice President, Akanksha Choudhary Secretary, Nischay Kathuria Joint Secretary and Palak as the Treasurar. They were awarded with the Interact Pin, thereafter administered oath by the Rotary Club President Mr. Deepak Prasad, The New members swore to join hands with Rotary club to render their services for the welfare of society. Rotary Club is an International Association that works in country and abroad.

The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp. The Rotary Club District Governor Nominee Rotarian Anoop Mittal, Rotary Club President Deepak Prasad, Jiva Ayurved President Rotarian Madhusudan, District Interact Chair Rotarian Mridula Khatri and other members of Rotary Club joined hands to light the lamp. The occasion was also graced by Rotary Club Aastha Director Rotarian Neeraj Bhutani. The Jiva Chairman Rishi Pal Chauhan, Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan, Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam were present too.

The Rotary Club President unreservedly appreciated the principles of school. The Rotary President Deepak Prasad announced Himanshu Mittal the best and most active interact and awarded him the Best ZIR, and a Certificate of Merit. The Interact club Ex-President Himanshu Mittal handed the collar to Dipanshi Khattar.The school was bestowed with Platinum Award in Elite Category.

D.G.N. Rotarian Anoop Mittal addressing the students, extolled to become a active and conscious citizen of the country. It becomes our foremost duty to preserve the various reservoirs of the country and prevent their exhaustion. He stated that young children are blessed with immense energy, which should be wisely used.

On the occasion, the guest District Interact Chair Mridula Khatri motivated and inspired the students with a tale.

The school had organized a multipurpose Spell-Bee competition for class I – V on 6th August. The objective of this competition was to give an edge to the contestants in various skills of Language, like listening, speaking and writing with correct spellings. Such competitions develop alertness among students.

The competition was conducted in varied phases. The first phase included all students for Dictation, thereafter the second phase was for the winners with highest score. It was then followed for the final phase. Despite the final phase being difficult, the contestants gave an excellent performance. In this round the audience was also included, to keep up the zeal and zest.

In today’s tech savy world, everything is worked on the systems, hence the students misspell the words, such competitions create an awareness towards learning correct spellings and its accent. The names of the winners are :- Aradhya, Rehan and Yakshit – Class I, Anirudh, Ojas, Yash class II, Navya, Siddhant, Tamanna class III, Lakshman, Venktesh, Brahmjot Singh class IV, Mannat, Anshika, Parni Gupta class V.

The Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan and Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan graced the occasion and congratulated the winners. Shri Chauhan stated that such competitions give excellence to students and help in all-round development. The glamour and influence of fashinista has touched the tiny lives of Jivites in school and motivated, them for a unique competition the Ramp Walk. This fancy dress competition paved way for their fantasy to don themselves a Super Heroes or Comic Characters like Shaktiman, Superman, Snowhite, Candy Fairy and so on. The rendition was exhilarating and filled with confidence. The participants introduction was mesmerizing.

The Chief Guest on the occasion was the Director of Cradle To Crayons Play, Mr. Rajesh Dawara, who had also obliged with his invaluable verdict for the competition. The programme commenced with a rhythmic dance recital. The competition was conducted a different rounds and the lime light of the show as final declaration of Miss Jivite and Master Jivite. The Honourable Guest had crowned Navya UKG as Miss Jivite and Atharv Chaturvedi UKG as Master Jivite. The Runner up in UKG were Avneet Kaur and Jashndeep. The other categories awarded were Best Costume, Best Personality and Best walk.

The occasion was graced by the Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam, who in her address stated that such competitions provide a platform to bring out talents and helps them to pursue it for an all round development. The school had organized a special theme based Fancy Dress Competition for the Kindergarten wing. The competition was entitled Creature in the Nature. The objective of the competition was to apprise the little ones with different creatures existing in nature. It was also expected that such practical performance would inculcate feelings of empathy, love, respect and preservation among them since their formative years. The participants donned the costumes of different insects and animals like grasshopper, butterfly, owl or even a crocodile. The contestants hopped and jumped on stage amidst hilarious laughter and applause.

The programme commenced with the most popular hindi number ‘Jungle Jungle baat chali hai …’. It kept the audience tapping and mesmerized despite the contestants  venture. The participants impersonating as octopus and Aravali mountain stole the show with their didactic message to protect and preserve the. To motivate the participants, they were duly honoured with prizes, which filled them with immense confidence.

The occasion was graced by school Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan, Administrator Mrs. Mukta Sachdeva, Principal Mrs. Devina Nigam. They lauded the performance of all contestants unreservedly and appreciated the efforts of faculty members.
